The information comes from well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared the details on Weibo ahead of Vivo’s official announcement.

Larger Display Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

According to the leak, Vivo will equip the X300E with a 6.59-inch OLED display featuring a 1.5K resolution. Making it larger than the Vivo X300 FE.

Vivo is also expected to power the smartphone with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Positioning it firmly in the flagship segment.

The company will reportedly offer memory configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, giving users ample performance for gaming, multitasking, and content creation.

Despite packing a massive battery, Vivo will reportedly keep the handset just 7.99mm thick while maintaining a weight of approximately 203 grams.

Triple Zeiss Camera System

The leaked specifications indicate a triple rear camera setup consisting of:

  • 50MP primary camera
  • 8MP ultra-wide camera
  • 50MP periscope telephoto camera

Like Vivo’s premium flagship smartphones, the X300E will reportedly include Zeisas imaging technology. Promising enhanced image processing, improved color reproduction, and better portrait photography.

Massive 7,015mAh Battery with 90W Charging

Battery life could become one of the Vivo X300E’s biggest strengths. According to the leak, Vivo will equip the device with a 7,015mAh rated battery, making it significantly larger than the batteries found in most flagship smartphones currently available.

Vivo will reportedly support the device with 90W wired fast charging, allowing users to recharge the large battery quickly. However, the latest report did not mention wireless charging support.

By combining a large battery with high-speed charging technology, Vivo could attract users who prioritize long-lasting performance.
