ultimateimp – Teclast has officially launched the M60 tablet in Japan, bringing an 11.97-inch 2K display. A 90Hz refresh rate and a Unisoc T7250 processor. The new tablet also features Android 17, 4G LTE connectivity, 128GB of UFS storage and an 8,000mAh battery.
The launch comes shortly after the company introduced the Teclast T60 Mini in Japan. Unlike the smaller T60 Mini. The M60 focuses on providing a larger display while maintaining a relatively lightweight design for a tablet of its size.

Large 90Hz Display and Expandable Storage
The Teclast M60 features an 11.97-inch IPS In-Cell display with a resolution of 2,000 x 1,200 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. The tablet also includes dedicated eye-protection and reading modes, as well as screen-casting functionality.
Measuring 282 x 177 x 8mm and weighing approximately 600g. The M60 comes equipped with dual speakers, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Powering the tablet is an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS storage. Users can expand the storage by up to 2TB using a microSD card, while virtual memory expansion is also supported.
For photography, the M60 features a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera designed for selfies and video calls.
Android 17 and 4G LTE Connectivity
The M60 ships with Android 17 and supports Google Widevine L1 for compatible streaming services. Its 8,000mAh battery provides power for everyday use, although its capacity is lower than the 9,720mAh battery found in Xiaomi’s Pad 9.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. The tablet also supports GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS and Galileo positioning systems.
Compared with the M60, the Teclast T60 Mini features a smaller 8.8-inch 2.5K display but uses the faster Unisoc T7300 processor. In Geekbench 6.7 testing, the T7300 scored 924 points in single-core performance and 2,249 points in multi-core testing, while the T7250 achieved 429 and 1,402 points respectively.

The M60 also shares several specifications with the Teclast T60 Pro, including a 12-inch-class display and an 8,000mAh battery. However, the T60 Pro uses a faster MediaTek Helio G99 processor.
With its large 90Hz display, Android 17 software, expandable storage and 4G LTE support, the Teclast M60 is positioned as a versatile tablet for multimedia consumption, web browsing and everyday productivity.
