ultimateimp – MSI has revealed more details about the EdgeMesa N AI+, its compact desktop PC powered by Nvidia’s new RTX Spark platform. First introduced during Computex 2026, the mini-PC is designed to deliver high-end performance in a compact form factor and could eventually be joined by a more powerful EdgeMesa N AI+ X variant.
The EdgeMesa N AI+ is one of several compact desktops adopting Nvidia’s RTX Spark platform. Acer, Honor and Asus have also introduced their own systems based on the same platform, including the SFF RTX Spark, Tiangong AXB35 and ProArt GR1X.

MSI has now listed the EdgeMesa N AI+ on its global website, providing additional information about its hardware. The company also references the EdgeMesa N AI+ X, although specifications for the higher-end model have yet to be disclosed.
Up to 128GB RAM and 4TB Storage
The EdgeMesa N AI+ will be available with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X-9600 memory. This configuration puts the compact desktop in competition with systems powered by AMD’s Strix Halo platform, as well as Apple’s latest Mac Studio.
Storage can reach up to 4TB through a single M.2 SSD, giving users substantial capacity despite the system’s compact design.
MSI also says the mini-PC uses a combination of air cooling and a vapor chamber. Supported by a 240W power adapter. The cooling system is designed to handle the 20-core RTX Spark chipset while maintaining the system’s compact form factor.

Extensive Connectivity in a Compact Design
For connectivity, the EdgeMesa N AI+ features four USB Type-C ports with 20Gbps transfer speeds. Three of these ports support DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode for connecting external displays. This configuration gives users greater flexibility when connecting monitors, storage devices and other high-speed peripherals to the compact desktop system.
The system also includes an HDMI 2.1b port and a 10GbE RJ45 Ethernet port. MSI previously highlighted multi-display support and high-speed networking as key features of the EdgeMesa N AI+. The combination of these connectivity options makes the system suitable for demanding desktop setups that require multiple displays and fast wired network connections.
Despite revealing additional specifications. MSI has not yet announced pricing or a specific global release date for the EdgeMesa N AI+. Details surrounding the rumored EdgeMesa N AI+ X also remain limited, leaving its processor configuration and other hardware specifications unknown. MSI may reveal more information about both systems closer to their eventual launch.
