ultimateimp – Google has introduced the Pixel 11 as its latest standard flagship smartphone. The device arrives alongside the rest of the Pixel 11 lineup with several hardware upgrades.
Google has kept the Pixel 11’s display and overall design largely unchanged from the previous generation. However, the new model introduces improvements to its camera, processor, storage capacity, and charging capabilities.
The Pixel 11 features a 6.3-inch Actua display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. Google has retained the same display brightness specification from the Pixel 10.
Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protects the display. The phone combines a polished glass rear panel with a satin-finish aluminum frame.
Google has also redesigned the camera bar, making it slimmer than the previous model. The Pixel 11 is available in four finishes called Frost, Hibiscus, Pistachio, and Obsidian.
Performance comes from Google’s new Tensor G6 processor. Google says the chip provides 20% greater energy efficiency compared with the previous Tensor G5.
The company also claims 25% faster web browsing and 15% faster application launch times. The Tensor G6 works alongside Google’s Titan M3 security chip.
The Pixel 11 includes 12GB of RAM as standard. Its base storage capacity has also increased to 256GB from the previous generation’s 128GB.
The larger storage capacity provides additional space for applications, photos, videos, and other files. It also gives the standard model a more competitive starting configuration.
Google has made a major change to the Pixel 11’s primary camera. The main sensor now offers 48MP resolution, a 1/1.56-inch sensor, and an f/1.7 aperture.
Pixel 11 Adds 30x Super Res Zoom and Faster Charging
The remaining Pixel 11 cameras retain specifications similar to those found on the Pixel 10. The ultrawide camera uses a 13MP sensor with a 1/3.1-inch size.
It also features an f/2.2 aperture and fixed focus. The telephoto camera provides 10.8MP resolution with a 1/3.2-inch sensor and f/3.1 aperture.
The telephoto camera offers 5x optical zoom. Despite retaining similar hardware, the Pixel 11 now supports up to 30x Super Res Zoom.
The improved zoom capability benefits from the Tensor G6’s updated processing hardware. Google’s TPU and image signal processor handle computational photography tasks within the camera system.
The front-facing camera uses a 10.5MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. It also supports autofocus for selfies and video calls.
The Pixel 11 includes a 4,985mAh typical battery capacity. Its minimum rated capacity is 4,840mAh, and Google rates the device for more than 30 hours of battery life.
The phone supports fast charging through a 30W USB-C PPS charger. Google says the battery can reach 55% capacity in approximately 30 minutes.

The required 30W charger is sold separately. The Pixel 11 also supports Pixelsnap wireless charging with Qi2.2 certification and charging speeds of up to 25W.
However, the standard Pixel 11 does not include several features reserved for the Pro models. These omissions help distinguish the standard phone from Google’s higher-end offerings.
The Pixel 11 lacks the HiLight rear notification LED found on the Pro lineup. It also does not support Instant Night Sight, which uses the Tensor G6’s advanced TPU.
Google says Instant Night Sight allows nighttime captures to process up to 4.5 times faster. The standard Pixel 11 also has a 30x zoom limit instead of the Pro models’ 120x capability.
Other Pro-exclusive omissions include vapor chamber cooling. The standard model also does not include the complimentary six-month Google AI Pro subscription offered with Pro purchases.
