ultimateimp – Oppo has officially launched the K15 Pro series in China, introducing the K15 Pro+ and the K15 Pro models. The new lineup focuses on performance, battery capacity, and thermal management. The Pro+ variant stands out with advanced cooling features and a large silicon-carbon battery.
Oppo K15 Pro+ uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset to power its performance. It pairs this processor with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. This configuration supports high-performance tasks, including gaming and multitasking.
The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. It supports a 165 Hz refresh rate and reaches peak brightness of up to 1,800 nits. These specifications deliver smooth visuals and strong visibility in various lighting conditions.
Oppo highlights the integrated cooling system as a key feature. The Pro+ includes a large vapor chamber and a built-in cooling fan. Oppo states that this system reduces device temperature by up to 5 degrees Celsius during intensive use.
The smartphone carries a large 8,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery. It supports 100 W wired charging and includes reverse wired and bypass charging capabilities. These features improve both convenience and battery efficiency.
Oppo K15 Pro Offers 144 Hz Display and Dimensity 8500 at Lower Price Point
The standard Oppo K15 Pro offers a slightly reduced specification set compared to the Pro+ model. For instance, it features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the device uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset to handle performance.
In addition, it includes up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage. The camera system consists of a 50 MP primary sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. Furthermore, Oppo adds a 16 MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
On the power side, the K15 Pro carries a 7,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery. It supports 80 W wired charging along with reverse wired and bypass charging features. As a result, these specifications maintain a strong emphasis on battery life.
Finally, both models run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Oppo has not yet confirmed the duration of software support for the devices. Additionally, the devices include IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

In terms of pricing, the Oppo K15 Pro+ starts at CNY 3,499 for the 12 GB and 256 GB variant. The 12 GB and 512 GB model is priced at CNY 4,199. The standard Oppo K15 Pro starts at CNY 2,999 for the base configuration.
The K15 Pro series is available in pink, grey, and white color options. The launch reinforces Oppo’s strategy of offering feature-rich smartphones across multiple price tiers.
