ultimateimp – TCL is preparing to release the X11L SQD-Mini LED TV in Europe following its earlier debut in the United States. The model was first showcased at CES 2026 and later opened for pre-order in the US market. The European rollout marks the next phase of its global availability alongside other 2026 models, including the C7L and C8L.
The TCL X11L is positioned as a high-end 4K Mini LED television designed for premium performance. It features a native 144Hz refresh rate and will be available in three sizes: 75-inch, 85-inch, and 98-inch. The model focuses on delivering enhanced picture quality through advanced display technologies and improved brightness capabilities.
According to TCL, the X11L achieves full coverage of the BT.2020 color space. This allows for more accurate and vibrant color reproduction across various types of content. The TV also supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+, ensuring optimized contrast and dynamic range in supported media.
The number of local dimming zones ranges from 11,520 to 20,736 depending on the screen size. These zones help improve contrast by controlling light output across different areas of the display. The flagship 98-inch variant is rated with a peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits in HDR mode, placing it among the brightest consumer televisions available.
The panel uses TCL’s CSOT WHVA 2.0 technology, which is designed to reduce reflections and maintain wide viewing angles. This ensures consistent picture quality even when viewed from different positions in a room.
Ultra-Slim 2 cm Design With Google TV, 288Hz Gaming Mode, and Premium Audio
The TCL X11L integrates the Google TV operating system, offering access to a wide range of streaming services and applications. Users can also wirelessly share content via Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Cast, supporting seamless connectivity across devices.
For gaming, the TV includes features such as Game Bar and a 288Hz VRR Game Accelerator. These features are designed to enhance responsiveness and reduce motion blur during fast-paced gameplay. The inclusion of four HDMI 2.1 ports supports modern gaming consoles and high-performance media devices.
The system is compatible with DTS Virtual:X, aiming to deliver immersive sound without requiring additional equipment. This combination positions the X11L as a comprehensive entertainment solution.
The design emphasizes a slim and modern profile, with a thickness of approximately 2 centimeters at its thinnest point. The TV also features an almost borderless display, enhancing immersion and visual appeal in various viewing environments.
Italian retailer MediaWorld lists the pricing for the European market. It prices the 75-inch model at €3,999.90, while the 85-inch version costs €5,699.90. The retailer also lists the top-tier 98-inch model at €8,999.90. Product listings indicate an official release date of April 10 in Italy.
The company has not yet confirmed availability in other European markets and the United Kingdom. However, the ongoing rollout suggests that it may introduce the TV to additional regions in the near future. TCL expects the X11L to compete strongly in the premium television segment with its combination of display performance, design, and smart features.
