ultimateimp – iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 11 Extreme Edition and Z11S will launch together on August 18. Both smartphones will also go on sale on the same day, according to iQOO’s latest announcements. The two models target different segments, with the Neo 11 Extreme Edition focusing on high-end performance. Meanwhile, the Z11S emphasizes battery capacity and extended everyday use.
iQOO confirmed the launch through promotional teasers published on Weibo. The announcement follows several weeks of leaks and benchmark listings involving both smartphones. Their simultaneous release gives iQOO two distinct products for different types of buyers.
The Neo 11 Extreme Edition will use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. The smartphone is also confirmed to feature a 1440 x 3168 display resolution. It will support 100W wired charging and include a 9,100mAh battery. These specifications position the device toward the premium performance segment.
The reported specifications also match an earlier Geekbench listing believed to represent the Neo 11 Extreme Edition. That listing showed an 11-core Mali-G1-Ultra GPU instead of the standard chipset’s reported 12-core configuration. The difference suggests that iQOO could use a binned version of the Dimensity 9500.
Chip binning involves selecting processors that meet particular performance or efficiency requirements. Manufacturers can use these chips in products with specific performance targets. iQOO has not provided further details explaining the reported GPU configuration.
The Neo 11 Extreme Edition combines its large battery with 100W wired charging. This charging capability should help replenish the 9,100mAh battery more quickly. Actual charging times can vary depending on temperature, battery level and other operating conditions.
iQOO Z11S Combines 10,000mAh Battery With 144Hz Display
The iQOO Z11S will feature a 144Hz display marketed for improved viewing comfort during extended use. A high refresh rate can provide smoother animations, scrolling and interface transitions. The panel therefore combines a focus on usability with the phone’s unusually large battery.
Underneath the display, the Z11S is expected to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 7500 chipset. This processor is positioned below the Dimensity 9500 used in the Neo 11 Extreme Edition. The difference reinforces the distinct positioning of the two smartphones.
A Geekbench listing for a device identified as the vivo V2603A is believed to represent the Z11S. The device achieved 1,227 points in Geekbench’s single-core test. It recorded 3,401 points in the multi-core test using Geekbench 6.7.1.

These benchmark results provide an early indication of the Z11S’s processing performance. However, benchmark scores can vary depending on software, thermal conditions and device configurations. The final retail version could therefore produce different results under other testing conditions.
The two smartphones demonstrate different priorities within iQOO’s upcoming lineup. The Neo 11 Extreme Edition combines a flagship-class chipset with a high-resolution display and 100W charging. The Z11S instead emphasizes endurance with its 10,000mAh battery and 144Hz display.
